Customer Care & Returns
For eCommerce, we honor a 60-day parts warranty with no labor warranty implied.
Please file your return within this time frame to be covered under our warranty.
Please see the refund policy for return shipping responsibility and refund adjustments.
We expect to receive the same item back that was sent to you. Trying to deceptively return your old used part and receive a refund is theft and will be treated as such. We will be honest with you at every turn so please return the favor!
For Car-Part and walk-in sales, warranties vary from 60-90 days. Extended warranty options are available upon request for certain engines and drivetrain components. Under no circumstances do we honor labor warranties. You will only be refunded for the part.
Liability
Raven Industrial and its employees are knowledgeable and courteous.
We will answer questions to the best of our ability, but keep in mind we are NOT a repair shop!
Any responses from our company should be verified with a reputable mechanic or dealer for accuracy. We also do not recommend that anyone self-install their products.
Feel free to ask for a list of shops we work with in your area!
Our car yard is not accessible to the public. Barring any inclement weather, most parts will be pulled and ready within 48 hours after an order is placed.
Select shops may gain access to our yard upon request for specialty pulls like front clips, quarter cuts, etc, and will sign a liability waiver before entering.
Raven Industrial assumes no liability for any person(s) who willingly enter our private property.
