Return & Exchange Policy
All of our used parts are marked and documented. The return policies below are dependent upon you returning the SAME item you received in the SAME condition.
IF your item is verified as the same item you were sold and is returned in the same condition, you will receive a refund as follows:
- Small Items - All buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is small like pigtails, a shift knob, or an owner manual. We can provide a return label and your refund will be full.
- Medium Items - Buyer pays for return shipping. You may contact us to provide you with a label if you prefer, and the label amount will be deducted from your final refund. This applies to medium items like alternators, console lids, and compact jack sets. If we pay shipping out and you pay shipping back, so your refund will be full (minus the return label if we bought it for you).
- Large Items - Bulkier items like gloveboxes, rims, and radiators. Buyer pays for return shipping, and you may request to receive a label that will be deducted from your final refund. Your refund will be full ONLY if you are located in the lower 48 states, and if you did not request a return label be purchased on your behalf.
- Freight Items - Anything shipped by freight is the responsibility of the buyer to return. We can arrange a freight provider and deduct the shipping cost from the final refund along with a 10-15% restocking fee, depending on the item.
*Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery. All freight items are subject up to a 15% restocking fee where applicable.
**If any items are returned damaged, modified, or missing pieces, your refund amount will only be partial. These modified refund amounts will be determined at our sole discretion based on the condition of the returned part.
***If you attempt to scam by returning a completely different item than what you received, your refund will be DENIED.
