If you know your part number and have located an item that does not require freight or shipping outside of the lower 48 states, you can add it to your cart and use our secure checkout. Don't forget to use your coupon code!

If you do not know your part # and cannot verify fitment, or if the cart is not providing you with an accurate freight quote for a large item, please contact us and have the item description ready!

If you provide your VIN, we can help verify fitment. Your vehicle's VIN number is located on the driver's side dash panel (viewed from the outside of your windshield looking in), and also on your door jamb / pillar identification sticker.

*If your doors have ever been replaced, it is possible the VIN sticker was not corrected! Always verify that the sticker and the VIN plate on the dash are a match.

We get power to every donor vehicle before removing parts.

Some vehicles are seized and unable to pass readiness tests, or they sat too long to display any stored fault codes. We still attempt to read codes and test every feature of the vehicle to the best of our ability before dismantling.

Although we do buy from auctions, most of our vehicles come from private parties and shops. This means that a majority of our cars come with fully detailed diagnostic paperwork, and helpful owners who know their car well and can turn our attention to any parts that may only function intermittently.

After being pulled, the parts pass through the logger who does a preliminary inspection, the booth where a light cleaning is performed before it is pictured and shelved, and finally it goes to the lister who sees the photos.

We do not want you to receive a part that does not work, and we do our absolute best to only send quality parts out the door. Having more sets of eyes on each part ensures that we catch most defects.

All of our used parts are marked and documented. The return policies below are dependent upon you returning the SAME item you received in the SAME condition.

IF your item is verified as the same item you were sold and is returned in the same condition, you will receive a refund as follows:

• Small Items - All buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is small like pigtails, a shift knob, or an owner manual. We can provide a return label and your refund will be full.
• Medium Items - Buyer pays for return shipping. You may contact us to provide you with a label if you prefer, and the label amount will be deducted from your final refund. This applies to medium items like alternators, console lids, and compact jack sets. If we pay shipping out and you pay shipping back, so your refund will be full (minus the return label if we bought it for you).
• Large Items - Bulkier items like gloveboxes, rims, and radiators. Buyer pays for return shipping, and you may request to receive a label that will be deducted from your final refund. Your refund will be full ONLY if you are located in the lower 48 states, and if you did not request a return label be purchased on your behalf.
• Freight Items - Anything shipped by freight is the responsibility of the buyer to return. We can arrange a freight provider and deduct the cost from the final refund along with a 10-15% restocking fee, depending on the item.

*Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery. All freight items are subject up to a 15% restocking fee where applicable.

**If any items are returned damaged, modified, or missing pieces, your refund amount will only be partial. These modified refund amounts will be determined at our sole discretion based on the condition of the returned part.

***If you attempt to scam by returning a completely different item than what you received, your refund will be DENIED.

Yes! However, we are NOT a "walk-in" facility. We do require you to call or email us to set up an appointment to pick up the item you have purchased.

Depending on the item, and especially if you will need forklift assistance to get it loaded, please allow up to 24 hours for us to prep your item.

If you are purchasing an item that is not yet pulled from the donor car, please allow 1-3 business days. This prep time depends on our bay availability, what we are pulling, and weather.
